I love the detail of this mold. It gives a sharp, crisp looking piece of chocolate. It is also surprisingly thin. That thinness makes the resulting chocolate a real pleasure to eat. This comes in a heavy hobby grade mold or even heavier Professional mold and will make 12 0.3 oz chocolates per mold.
