Inno Ultra dba CocoaTown has modified their Commercial wet grinder to use as a Chocolate Melanger / chocolate grinder. They are calling it a “Grindeur” – a pseudo contraction of Grinder and Melangeur (Melanger). The Grindeurs are designed to grind cocoa nibs into chocolate liquor and then refine your chocolate. The whole unit is designed to grind the cocoa nibs for up to 72 hours (per the manufacturer, but if it grinds that long, I don’t see a problem with continual usage). The unit is easy to use and clean.
The unit carries a limited one year warranty against any manufacturing defect.
Unique adjustable Load Balancing System is provided for even spread of load and for efficient grinding.
The units are compact with a footprint of 24” by 30”. They require 15” clearance all around for safety and operating convenience.
The shell is made of high quality stainless steel for elegance, hygiene, and easy maintenance.
Double granite roller stones make the grinding process efficient.

All the Grindeurs require a dedicated power outlet with an ON/OFF switch. There is no on / off switch on the unit.
Shipping – These are heavy units and require LTL freight shipping. We can handle this for you. You will need a pallet jack to move the equipment inside your building. Alternately, if you need the Grindeur to be delivered inside, the trucking company charges around $75 more. If you need a residential delivery there is usually an additional $75 surcharge. I have estimated the shipping costs at approximately $1/lb. On the east coast, it may be less, but coming to the west coast it may be more. Once you order, we will work out an exact amount and get your approval before billing.
If you wish to take this FOB Atlanta, there is simply a $50 handling fee.
