2 oz Bar Mold – four 2 oz cavities per mold
I have been looking around and found these slightly smaller bar molds. Very much like Dagoba uses if you are familiar with those. These are a great way to finish your chocolate for a nice professional look. It is really nice to be able to present someone with a classic bar of chocolate, and then tell them it is homemade. The finished chocolate can be broken nicely into 10 3/8" thick bite sized pieces. Each bar is 5″ × 2 1/4″ × 3/8".
This mold comes in both Hobby and Professional grade. The difference is in the thickness of the mold’s material. The hobby
flex slightly. The Professional are rigid and should last for years.
